Piazza Grande Home is YOUR HOUSE in the heart of Oderzo Old Town Centre, overlooking Piazza Grande, which, thanks to its peculiar “theatre shape”, is one of the most famous squares of the region.
From PIAZZA GRANDE HOME Balcony, you can be front row spectator of all the most important events: the renown “Opera in Piazza”, the old weekly market, the historical “Fiera della Maddalena”, international sport competitions and a variety of cultural events.
At the first floor of an elegant building of recognised historical value, lays a charming flat with high ceilings (3,20 mt), purposely renovated and furnished to satisfy your needs to feel at home, even if far away from it.
We are neither a bed&breakfast nor a guest-house, our flat is purposely thought for short leases, perfect for whom need to rent a house, with no worry for associated costs, domestic utilities swaps and any required house equipment.
Piazza Grande Home may host up to 5 people for a minimum of 3 days but also for long spells of time (up to 6 months maximum).
Divided in two standalone rooms with their own bathrooms, separately rentable if required, Piazza Grande Home is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, free wi-fi, both bath and bed linen, hair dryer and smart TV.
Common area of the two private rooms are the flat entrance and a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, always at complete disposal for your meals, study and work or simply to share a chat.
On request, for those travelling with children, a single removable bed can be placed in whatever room.
Pets are our welcome friends.

Perfect to a couple or a single with a child, furnished with natural colours and gently decorated with a hydrangea wall.
Double bed with wrapped-spring mattress of dimensions cm 160 x200 (king-size), desk, large closet (200 cm large x 250 cm height) with inner drawers.
Private bathroom (4 m3) with shower box (100x80 cm) and towel-heater.

Betulla Room (15,5mq)
Ideal for room-mates or a couple, also with a child and very comfortable to a single.

Private bathroom (5 m3) with shower box (110x65 cm).

Kitchen and common areas
Common area, at shared service of our hosts, is a large, fully furnished and equipped room (13 m3), overlooking the quiet Via dall’Ongaro.
Kitchen fully provided with gas cooking top, double-basin sink, draining board, cooker hood, large working top. Microwave and grill oven, coffee machine, toaster, hot water kettle, fridge and freezer.
Dining and working table (cm 120x 80) with four chairs.
Pots, dishes, and any tool you may require to bake and serve a delicious meal to your guests.
Washing machine, clothes-horse and iron. Vacuum cleaner and any cleaning aid.
Prices
ORTENSIA Room (up to 2 people)
Euro 50,00 per notte.
BETULLA Room (up to 3 people)
Euro 50,00 per notte.
Whole flat (up to 5 people)
Euro 85,00 per notte.
The minimum stay in one of the rooms or in the whole apartment is 3 nights.
A 20% discount is allowed against weekly stays (from 6 nights on)
A 50% discount is allowed against monthly leaseholds (from 28 nights on)
Special agreements may be taken in case of longer stays (call me!)
Stay Tax: Euro 1.00 per person a day (up to 5 days)
Additional guests: Euro 5.00 per night.
The closing room cleaning is at your end (we will inform you whom to contact).
Prices include: electricity costs, gas and air conditioning, internet connection and garbage tax.
Payment to reserve: Euro 100.00 (or more) are required in case of more than 3 nights stays.
Cancellation terms: fair (a total refund is granted 5 days before your arrival).
The house rules
Smoking is forbidden!
We shall be very grateful to you if, during your stay, you will help us and our environment by differentiating your garbage collection.
Please, inform us if your pet-friend travels with you.
If you uncover broken or non-working home-ware or you happen to break something, please be so kind as to inform us (We would discover it anyway)!
At the end of your stay, the house shall be returned cleaned: rooms and common areas, as well as linen and dishes; when booking, we will duly instruct you whom to contact for the closing cleaning.
Check-in and check-out is to be agreed by e-mail or telephone, never after 20:00.

About us..
I am Ines and my mother Luigina has owned this house for almost 30 years. For long time it has been our second beloved house; my family has always taken care of it with dedication and keeping, especially for the beauty and preciousness of its location, its high ceilings and the peerless view it offers.
One day, while sitting at a coffee table in the square, I found myself looking at the balcony decorated with my mom’s flowers and suddenly an idea came up to me: our house would have become your house, the house of those who arrive here for their job, travels or studies.
Have you ever happened to stay out of town for more days, longing for a cosy place where sleeping, baking meals of familiar smells, washing your clothes or simply laying comfortably while listening to music or working at your pc?
